Coxinhas (Ko-Sheen-Ya)

Our signature coxinhas are lovingly made daily by Master Chef's crafting genuine Brazilian flavors and traditional family recipes. Each teardrop-shaped croquette features a crispy golden exterior that gives way to a savory, creamy filling wrapped in our buttery potato-based dough. 

Traditional Chicken

The classic that started it all. Shredded free-range chicken slowly simmered with garlic, onions, and fresh herbs, finished with a touch of cream and parsley. 


Chicken Catupiry 

A beloved Brazilian combination featuring our traditional chicken filling enriched with creamy Catupiry cheese, creating an irresistibly gooey center that brings you right back to the streets of Copacabana.


Braised Short Rib

A Las Vegas twist on tradition. Black Angus beef slowly braised in Cabernet with fresh herbs until meltingly tender, enhanced with caramelized onions and a hint of chimichurri.


Vegetarian

Hearts of palm, roasted corn, and fresh herbs in a light cashew cream sauce, seasoned with turmeric and fresh lime. A recipe inspired by tradition while following plant-based diets.


Smoked Salmon

Cold-smoked Atlantic salmon mixed with dill, cream cheese, and capers, wrapped in our signature dough and fried until golden. A fusion of Brazilian technique with classic flavors.


Shrimp with Bacon 

Succulent shrimp folded with crispy bacon bits, fresh herbs, and a touch of coconut milk. Topped with toasted coconut flakes. A recipe born from the beaches of Bahia, Brazil.


Pão de Queijo (Traditional Cheese Bread)

Our signature Brazilian cheese rolls made with tapioca flour and aged parmesan cheese. Crispy on the outside, warm and chewy on the inside


Kibe

A beloved Brazilian-Lebanese fusion, these crispy bulgur wheat croquettes are filled with seasoned ground beef, fresh mint, and pine nuts. 


Bolinhas de Queijo (Cheese Croquettes)

Golden-fried balls of creamy cheese filling, made with a blend of three cheeses including traditional requeijão. 


Bolinhas de Presunto e Queijo (Ham and Cheese Croquettes)

A classic combination of smoky ham and melted cheese, wrapped in a crispy breadcrumb coating. 


Mandioca Frita (Yucca Fries)

Thick-cut yucca fries, crispy on the outside and fluffy inside.

 After fifteen magical years soaring through the air and captivating audiences with Cirque Du Soleil, I found a new way to make people's hearts soar – through the flavors of my beloved Brazil. Together with my husband Derrick, we created BraziBom, our artisanal Brazilian snack food company in Las Vegas, where the warmth of Brazilian hospitality meets the craft of authentic, high-quality tapas-style foods.

My journey from São Paulo to the bright lights of Las Vegas, Nevada, taught me that true performance isn't just about what happens on stage – it's about creating moments that touch people's souls. In our production kitchen, each snack is crafted with the same precision and passion I once brought to my aerial performances. The rhythms of Brazil pulse through our operation, from the gentle sizzle of pão de queijo as we perfect each batch to the aromatic dance of fresh herbs and spices in our signature coxinhas.

Derrick, my partner in both life and business, brings his own expertise to BraziBom.
